The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that TipiDogi Oy may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. TipiDogi Oy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-

- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.

Delivery
TOIMITUSAIKA JA -TAPA
TipiDogi Oy pyrkii toimittamaan tilaukset 1-3 arkipäivässä. Arkipäiviin ei lueta viikonloppuja eikä arkipyhiä. Toimitus riippuu myös kuljetusliikkeiden toiminnan sujuvuudesta. Mahdollinen poikkeava toimitusaika on kerrottu tuotesivulla. Emme vastaa viivästyneen toimituksen mahdollisesti aiheuttamista vahingoista.
Tilaukset lähetetään valitusta toimitustavasta tai toimituksen koosta riippuen nouto Postin pakettiautomaatista / nouto omasta Postista -toimitustavoilla.
Noutotilaukset sekä Kouvolan alueen kotiinkuljetustilaukset on tehtävä sunnuntaihin kello 23.00 mennessä, ja niiden toimitus on seuraavana torstaina. Kotiinkuljetukset toimitetaan kello 16-20 välisenä aikana.
TOIMITUSKULUT
Nouto Postin pakettiautomaatista ja nouto omasta Postista -paketin toimituskulu on 5,90 €. Huomaathan, että toimituksen on oltava seuraavien mittojen mukainen: Nouto Postin pakettiautomaatista-toimitustavan vähimmäismitat 25 cm x 15 cm x 3,5 cm ja maksimimitat 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, lähetyksen maksimipaino on 33 kg. Nouto omasta Postista -paketin maksimipaino on 33 kg.
Suuremmissa tilauksissa toimitus sovitaan etukäteen ennen tilausta puhelimitse 050- 5211 785 tai sähköpostilla [email protected].
Kouvolan alueella kotiinkuljetus 0 €, nouto myymälästämme 0 €.
Emme vastaa verkkokaupassa olevista teknisistä virheistä tai kirjoitusvirheistä.
VARASTOSTA LOPPUNEET TUOTTEET
Mikäli tilattu tuote on loppunut varastosta, asiasta ilmoitetaan asiakkalle joko sähköpostitse tai puhelimitse. Tilaushetkellä varastosta loppuneita tuotteita ei toimiteta jälkitoimituksina. Tilausta ei voi muuttaa (esim. lisätä tuotteita) sen jälkeen, kun se on tehty ja maksettu verkkokaupassa.
Returns Policy
VAIHTO- JA PALAUTUSOIKEUS
TipiDogi Oy:n tuotteiden ostaminen on täysin turvallista ja riskitöntä. Kaikilla ostetuilla tuotteilla on 14 vuorokauden vaihto- ja palautusoikeus.
Kaikissa tuotteiden vaihdoissa/palautuksissa on ennen tuotteen lähettämistä oltava yhteydessä [email protected].
Palautuksessa viestiin merkitään syy, miksi tuote halutaan palauttaa. Vaihdettaessa esim. tuotteen väriä tai kokoa toimituskuluja ei peritä. Mikäli palautettu tuote halutaan vaihtaa kokonaan uuteen, se käsitellään uutena tilauksena, jolloin peritään myös toimituskulut.
Palautettava/vaihdettava tuote pakataan huolellisesti, jotta se ei vahingoitu matkalla.
Kuljetuksen aikana tavaralle tapahtuneista vaurioista vastaa Posti. Mikäli tavara on rikkoutunut kuljetuksen aikana, voi selvitystä tiedustella Postin edustajalta tavaran luovutushetkellä. Mikäli vahinko huomataan vasta paketin avaamisen jälkeen, asiakas ottaa yhteyttä paketin toimittaneeseen Postiin.
Käsittelemme palautuksesi 14 vuorokauden sisällä palautuspaketin saapumisesta varastollemme. Huomioithan, että palautuksen kuljetuksessa menee joitakin päiviä. Käsittelyajan lisäksi palautettavien rahojen siirtyminen ja näkyminen tililläsi saattaa viedä useamman pankkipäivän, pankistasi riippuen.
